Recommended intake is 1 or 2 capsules before you start drinking
I actually only took 1 as it was my 1st time taking them and wanted to see how it worked for me as everyone is different.
I'm not gonna lie I didn't hold back on my drinking, it's been awhile since I been out so I let my hair down. ;o)
Upon waking the next day I was pleasantly surprised that I only had a slight headache and not the usual banging headache or run to the bathroom (hide face). I came downstairs to my husbands usual weekend fry up smell which I'm usually very sensitive too but not this day. My only downfall this Sunday was I was tired and my feet were hurting. (Dancing in heels)
My Sunday consisted of me cooking a full roast dinner for 6 and baking a cake for pudding, whilst my friend who didn't take any Fresh Start & drunk the same amount as me, felt crappy all day.
